About Joelle
Joelle Goldstein is the founder of Cookies by Joelle. Since childhood, she has baked treats for friends and family, never in a million years imagining that a beloved hobby would transform into a passion-driven career.
In 2025, an unexpected moment changed everything. A batch of her cookies reached a massive audience through a social media share and suddenly the demand to start selling became too big to ignore.
At the same time, she found herself stagnant in a 15-year Corporate sales career waiting for a sign to build something she could call her own. Instead of overthinking, she just started baking. In March of 2025, Joelle sold her first batch. It blew up. And by September of 2025, she quit her corporate career to pursue Cookies By Joelle full-time.
Joelle is a Nashville-based mom of two, wife to her post-grad love and obsessed dog-mom to her Cavapoo, Clementine. She loves makeup, Pilates, traveling, fashion, food & wine. She considers the Nashville community her greatest source of inspiration and support.
